We Have 3 types of Asana classes during Retreats, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. Where you are free to choose which class you want to join. Apart from Asana, You’ll get every day morning meditation sessions that will keep your mind calm and focused throughout the day.

Excursions  will be available according to weather and possibilities. after all these activities you’ll get an Ayurveda Herbal massage. Which will help to relax your muscles. We do have available Ayurveda doctors in Yan Cure. Whom you can talk to personally and get an Ayurvedic solution.
