Cancellation Timeline : Cancellations made 28 days or more before the check-in date will receive a refund of 95% of the total booking amount. The remaining 5% will be adjusted for transfer charges.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

Refund Timeline : It will take 15 Days to process the refund amount and credit the amount to the customers account.

Rate Validity : The rates quoted are valid for the specified stay dates and the number of rooms requested. Any changes to the booking dates or the number of rooms required may result in a revised rate offer.
