Terms & Conditions For Ayurveda Retreats

 To make your stay hassle-free, please follow our rules:

  • Our standard check-in time is at 7:00-9:00 AM, and check-out time is at 4:00-6:00 PM.
  • Self-medication is prohibited. In case medication is essential, the same should be declared to Dr., who may permit you to use under the direction of the concerned in-house doctors. Further, drugs or medicines of any kind in your possession must be disclosed at the time of arrival.
  • Please bring your medical history & clinical report, if any, for Consultation.
  • Every therapy and diet has its own specific therapeutic benefit. Therefore, personal choice is discouraged.
  • Therapies will be prescribed depending upon your clinical condition and for optimum result. Please do not delay or request for rescheduling, for that may lead to cancellation of therapy.
  • Success in wellness retreat treatment is contingent on various factors, including but not limited to patient’s adherence to treatment guidelines and their unique physiological attributes.
  • Guests are responsible for preserving the integrity of bed sheets and towels. Any damages or stains may result in additional charges.
  • Any kind of eatables, Alcohol, Tobacco products are prohibited, you need to cooperate in physical check of luggage and you need to sign written declaration to that effect and if found later you may be simultaneously discharged and payment will be forfeited.
  • All personal information received by us will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your prior consent, except as required by law.
  • The retreat includes one treatment in the morning and one in the evening. However, this schedule may be modified by the doctor based on the patient’s health condition and weather requirements, without prior notice.
  • Management reserves the right to take final & binding decisions in case of any disputes.
  • The premise is under CCTV surveillance.
  • Guests are not permitted to go out of the premises without the permission of the doctor and management team.
  • Kindly Do Not Bring valuable ornaments to the property. The management will not be responsible in case there is any loss of such valuables.
  • It should be the endeavor of all to follow the rules and regulations, maintain decorum & preserve the sanctity of the place.

For Payment (Reservations /Cancellations)

  • To confirm your reservation, 20% of the total package cost is to be paid via Bank Transfer / WISE / UPI / Cash Deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival at the Yan Cure Centre.
  • A minimum stay of 3 nights is needed for all bookings. Once confirmed and paid for, admission dates cannot be altered and are non-refundable.
  • Emergency discharge will still account for a minimum of 3 nights for billing.
  • All patients, new or returning, must fill out a reservation form. Bring ID documents (Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter ID) for Registration.
  • Passport /OCI card are required for NRI and International Traveler to carry these documents upon admission at the Centre.
  • In case of an emergency, rescheduling is allowed within 3 months. Otherwise, the advance deposit is non-refundable. We request a minimum of 10 days’ prior notice for any changes.
  • No refunds / Credit note for no-shows, short stays, or early departures.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, online payments and cash for payment.
  • Govt taxes & levies may be applicable at the time of admission and will be charged extra.
  • Pick up and drop facilities are available on a chargeable basis.
  • All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email or through our official communication channels.

Force Majeure:

  • YAN Cure Institution reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs or services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other force majeure events.
  • In such cases, participants or clients will be offered the option of a full refund or rescheduling without any additional charges.
  • Any applicable bank or transaction charges for processing the refund will be borne by the participant or client.
  • Refunds will be processed using the Yan Cure Payment method within 30 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
