2 to 4 sets of old Tee-shirts and shorts: These will be worn when you're doing Naturopathy and Ayurvedic therapies. They should be comfortable and not your best clothes.
Four small cotton towels and one big towel: These towels will be used when you're getting treatments. The smaller ones are for specific purposes, and the big one is for general use.
Your own toiletries: Please bring your personal items like a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc.
1 pair of white clothes for worship: For any worship or spiritual activities, a set of white clothes is recommended.

At YAN CURE, we believe in crafting bespoke experiences tailored to our guests' individual health needs. To ensure an intimate and personalized atmosphere, we accommodate only a select group of 6-10 individuals per retreat.

The duration of treatment and the time it takes to see results can vary depending on the individual's condition, severity, and commitment to the treatment plan.

However for the best result we recommend 14 days ideally. but results start reflecting in 7 Days.

Yes, programmes/retreats need to be pre-booked so that assessment can be made based on wellness objectives and current health conditions. Also, so that wellness therapies and personal sessions can be reserved in advance. Changes are possible post on-arrival consultation with the Doctor.

Our reservations team along with our Consultation Ayurvedic Physician will assist you in choosing the right wellness program during the reservation process.  Our physician will assess your objectives and any specific health concerns and recommend the ideal wellness programme to follow

Yes, with advanced notice we will arrange transportation for you to Rishikesh directly from the airport, bus or train station. Upon arriving in Rishikesh we will help you with directions for walking a short distance to our center.

Please inform Yancue Yoga Retreat & Ayurveda Centre in advance of your expected arrival time. You can provide us with special requests, if any, when booking, or contact the retreat directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Our Check-in time is 10am and Check-out time is 2pm.

Being in Rajaji National Park, Guests are advice to check-in before 6pm as entry to park is closed after 6pm.

Alcohol / Smoking / Non-Vegetarian is strictly prohibited  inside the Retreat.

Loud Music & Dj is not Permitted.

  1. Summer Season (March-June) : These months constitute the summer season in Rishikesh where June is the hottest month with temperatures rising up to 35 °C. Expect a sunny weather with temperatures around 20 °C to 35 °C. Bring fresh clothes =).
  2. Winter Season (October-February) :These months constitute the winter season in Rishikesh and see an average temperature of 8°C to 24°C. January is the coldest month in Rishikesh and it is advisable to carry warm clothes.
  3. Monsoon Season (July-September) :These months constitute the winter season in Rishikesh and see an average temperature of 16°C to 26°C. Rainfall is normal at this time. Humidity is quite high and the temperature at the place gets down from the summer peaks.

Arrival by airplane: The nearest international airport is New-Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. For those who choose to continue their way by air, there are currently domestic flights to nearby Dehradun, operated by Air India, Jet Airways and Kingfisher. From there it is less than an hour drive by taxi to Rishikesh.

Arrival by bus: Buses to Rishikesh leave New-Delhi from the Kashmiri Gate National Bus Stand approximately every hour. The bus ride takes about 7-8 hours and costs around IRs.450 for A/C buses & IRs.250 for Non-A/C.

Arrival by taxi: Taxis are always available anywhere in India. The drive from Delhi to Rishikesh will take around 5 to 6 hours, depending on traffic conditions.

Arrival by train: The best option is to reach Haridwar Train Station, about 45 minutes away from Rishikesh by road on a driven taxi or the so called tuktuks. From Delhi, the train ride takes mostly between 5 to 8 hours, depending on the train. Haridwar is serviced by many trains from/to Delhi, Varanasi, Rajasthan, Amritsar, etc.

Yes, it is safe to travel alone to Rishikesh, many tourists do it. It might be a bit challenging to travel by local buses or trains sometimes if you are never been to India before, as its very different from other parts of the world.

No additional charge is applicable for any changes in treatments as recommended by the Ayurvedic Doctor.

Each wellness programme is designed to achieve optimal results. Most wellness programmes have a 7 night minimum stay requirement and some have a 14 day requirement.

  • Our standard check-in time is at 10:00 AM, and check-out time is at 02:00 PM.
  • Guests are required to show a valid photo identification and pay the full amount upon check-in. Special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
  • Late arrivals may lead to a reduction in consultation time. Please make every effort to arrive on time.
  • Attendants accompanying the primary service taker may be accommodated on a chargeable basis, subject to our discretion.
  • Guests are responsible for preserving the integrity of bed sheets and towels. Any damages or stains may result in additional charges.
  • Please note that TV is not available in the rooms to encourage a tranquil and distraction-free environment.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited inside the retreat premises.
  • No outside food is allowed within the retreat premises.
  • It is recommended not to make bookings during the menstrual cycle, as it may affect the full benefits of the treatment.
  • The right to admission is reserved, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any guest at our discretion.
  • All personal information received by us will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your prior consent, except as required by law.
  • The retreat includes one treatment in the morning and one treatment in the evening, though this schedule may change based on health and weather requirements.
  • The treatment plan is subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions, the patient’s condition, and other circumstances deemed necessary by the doctor.
  • No patient is allowed to take any medicine during his/her stay without doctor’s prior permission
  • Success in wellness retreat treatment is contingent on various factors, including but not limited to patient’s adherence to treatment guidelines and their unique physiological attributes. 
  • To ensure the lasting impact of your treatment, we strongly recommend that you stay for the entire duration of the treatment, which is a minimum of 7 days.
  • Emergency Departure: We understand that unforeseen emergencies can sometimes require you to leave the institute before completing your treatment. In such cases, the following charges will apply:
  1. Actual Stay Period: You will be charged for the actual period of your stay.
  2. Plus 3 Days: In addition to the actual stay period, an extra 3 days’ charge will be applied.
  3. Remaining Package Period: Alternatively, you may be charged for the remaining period of your package, whichever is less.

Please note that our primary goal is to support your well-being, and these charges are designed to cover the costs associated with your stay. We hope you understand the necessity of these terms to maintain the quality of our services and the well-being of all our guests

We encourage you to discuss any concerns or special circumstances with our staff, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs while ensuring the best possible experience during your retreat. Your health and comfort are our top priorities, and we are here to assist you throughout your stay.

By booking and participating in our retreat, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or require further clarification on these terms, please feel free to reach out to us.

At YAN Cure Institution, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the need for cancellations or rescheduling. We strive to be considerate and fair in such situations while ensuring the smooth functioning of our programs and services. Therefore, we have formulated the following comprehensive cancellation policy

Note : On the second day of your retreat, it is required to make the full payment.
Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
  • For Program Bookings: Participants are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled program start date. For any cancellation made later than that, the booking amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • For Treatment Bookings: Clients are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled treatment appointment.
  • Group Bookings: Group bookings require a minimum notice of 40 days for a full refund eligibility. However, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the cancellation is made after this period.
Cancellation Procedure:
  • All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
  • The cancellation date will be considered the date when the written request is received by YAN Cure Institution.
Rescheduling Policy:
  • Participants or clients who wish to reschedule their program or treatment appointment may do so, subject to availability and prior approval.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled program start date or treatment appointment.
Non-Refundable Fees:
  • Registration or booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • In case of any customized or special arrangements, certain fees or deposits may be non-refundable as specified during the booking process.
Force Majeure:
  • YAN Cure Institution reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs or services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other force majeure events.
  • In such cases, participants or clients will be offered the option of a full refund or rescheduling without any additional charges.
Refund Processing
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 15 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
  • Any applicable bank or transaction charges for processing the refund will be borne by the participant or client.

Yan Cure Retreat and Ayurveda Centre offers you different payments options; pay with PayPal, quick Bank Transfer and Debit Credit Card.

To pay the deposit fee by PayPal is 6% extra charges accordingly to India PayPal fees and policies.

We are accepting credit card payments for booking amounts, however additional 1.75% will be charged as transaction fee. You can also use your ATM debit cards (Master/Visa/Electron) to withdraw cash in Rishikesh.

Naturopathy treatments are generally considered safe when administered by qualified practitioners. Since they focus on natural remedies and therapies, they typically have fewer side effects than conventional treatments. However, it’s essential to consult with a qualified practitioner to ensure treatments are suitable for your individual health needs.
