At YAN CURE, we believe in crafting bespoke experiences tailored to our guests' individual health needs. To ensure an intimate and personalized atmosphere, we accommodate only a select group of 6-10 individuals per retreat.
The duration of treatment and the time it takes to see results can vary depending on the individual's condition, severity, and commitment to the treatment plan.
However for the best result we recommend 14 days ideally. but results start reflecting in 7 Days.

Yes, programmes/retreats need to be pre-booked so that assessment can be made based on wellness objectives and current health conditions. Also, so that wellness therapies and personal sessions can be reserved in advance. Changes are possible post on-arrival consultation with the Doctor.
Our reservations team along with our Consultation Ayurvedic Physician will assist you in choosing the right wellness program during the reservation process. Our physician will assess your objectives and any specific health concerns and recommend the ideal wellness programme to follow
Yes, with advanced notice we will arrange transportation for you to Rishikesh directly from the airport, bus or train station. Upon arriving in Rishikesh we will help you with directions for walking a short distance to our center.
Please inform Yancue Yoga Retreat & Ayurveda Centre in advance of your expected arrival time. You can provide us with special requests, if any, when booking, or contact the retreat directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Our Check-in time is 10am and Check-out time is 2pm.
Being in Rajaji National Park, Guests are advice to check-in before 6pm as entry to park is closed after 6pm.
Alcohol / Smoking / Non-Vegetarian is strictly prohibited inside the Retreat.
Loud Music & Dj is not Permitted.
Arrival by airplane: The nearest international airport is New-Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. For those who choose to continue their way by air, there are currently domestic flights to nearby Dehradun, operated by Air India, Jet Airways and Kingfisher. From there it is less than an hour drive by taxi to Rishikesh.
Arrival by bus: Buses to Rishikesh leave New-Delhi from the Kashmiri Gate National Bus Stand approximately every hour. The bus ride takes about 7-8 hours and costs around IRs.450 for A/C buses & IRs.250 for Non-A/C.
Arrival by taxi: Taxis are always available anywhere in India. The drive from Delhi to Rishikesh will take around 5 to 6 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
Arrival by train: The best option is to reach Haridwar Train Station, about 45 minutes away from Rishikesh by road on a driven taxi or the so called tuktuks. From Delhi, the train ride takes mostly between 5 to 8 hours, depending on the train. Haridwar is serviced by many trains from/to Delhi, Varanasi, Rajasthan, Amritsar, etc.
Yes, it is safe to travel alone to Rishikesh, many tourists do it. It might be a bit challenging to travel by local buses or trains sometimes if you are never been to India before, as its very different from other parts of the world.
No additional charge is applicable for any changes in treatments as recommended by the Ayurvedic Doctor.
Each wellness programme is designed to achieve optimal results. Most wellness programmes have a 7 night minimum stay requirement and some have a 14 day requirement.

Yan Cure Retreat and Ayurveda Centre offers you different payments options; pay with PayPal, quick Bank Transfer and Debit Credit Card.
To pay the deposit fee by PayPal is 6% extra charges accordingly to India PayPal fees and policies.
We are accepting credit card payments for booking amounts, however additional 1.75% will be charged as transaction fee. You can also use your ATM debit cards (Master/Visa/Electron) to withdraw cash in Rishikesh.
Naturopathy treatments are generally considered safe when administered by qualified practitioners. Since they focus on natural remedies and therapies, they typically have fewer side effects than conventional treatments. However, it’s essential to consult with a qualified practitioner to ensure treatments are suitable for your individual health needs.
