7 Days Yoga & Meditation Retreat
The 7-day Yoga and Meditation Retreat takes place in YAN Cure in Rishikesh, India, and lasts for 7 days and 6 nights. This retreat delves into meditation practices, with relaxation techniques being introduced as an important element of preparing for and entering meditation.
Understanding 7 Days Yoga & Meditation Retreat
While meditation is the retreat’s main focus, the daily curriculum also includes yoga asana, pranayama, and relaxation practices to help bring balance to the practice and prepare the body and mind for meditation sessions. Our school focuses on Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga forms of asana practice.
Students will train for six days per week, with one day off. The course fee includes room and meals during the retreat, as described in detail below.
In this 7-day yoga and meditation retreat, Three vegetarian meals, including afternoon masala chai, will be served throughout this yoga teacher training.
